One-sided and Double-sided siliconized papers

Also often called : Release liner, liner, silicone

Silicone paper is a paper made specifically for applying silicone
It is often used as:

  • Non-stick layer for protection of the glue on adhesive tapes, labels, stickers.
  • The backup pad for self-adhesive foils and other sandwiches intended for plotting, or cutting out.
  • Separative and slip resistant layer between the adhesive surfaces, mixtures, bitumen, rubber and so on.
  • Protection of molding machines and other technological equipment in the case that there is a risk of overflow of rubber adhesives, resins, plastics, etc.
  • Baking paper – separative non-stick pad used for baking

Baking paper 41g/m2

Glassines 64 – 124g/sq.m

Clay Coated Kraft (CCK) 42 – 137g/sq.m

PE-Coated Kraft (PEK) 76-300g/sq.m
Fluoropolymer coating for silicone glues 80g/sqm

One-sided and Double-sided siliconized foils

Often also called: Release liner, liner, silicone

Silicon foils are foils that are prepared in production especially for applying the silicone. The most common types of basic foils:

  • PET (10 – 125µ)
  • OPET (23 – 190µ)
  • LDPE (20 – 200µ)
  • HDPE (20 – 200µ)
  • PP (20 – 200µ)
  • Embossed foils
  • Foils with regulated adhesion
  • Foils with fluoro silicone (suitable for silicone glues)

Silicon foils are often used for their strength, chemically-resistant and optical properties like:

  • Non-stick layer for protection of the glue on adhesive tapes, labels, stickers and for applications where paper is inappropriate material.
  • The backup pad for self-adhesive foils and other sandwiches intended for plotting, cutting, or lasing.
  • Separative and slip resistant layer between the adhesive surfaces, mixtures, bitumen, rubber and so on.
  • Protection of molding machines and other technological equipment in the case that there is a risk of overflow of rubber adhesives, resins, plastics, etc.

We supply rolls and sheets
Customized materials

Special papers & foils & fabrics

These are single-purpose adjusted papers, foils or fabrics. The desired properties are achieved thanks to the process of impregnation or coating.

  • anticorrosion papers for safe packaging of metal products.
  • safety and solar foils for glass (in/out)
  • Antifogging film – self-adhesive film for prevention of fogging of glass
  • PTFE fabric made of glass fibers (self-adhesive and antiadhesive variants), ribbons are made in accordance to desired sizes

Fasteners

(sometimes called Velcro)

The ideal way of dismountable connection. It is suitable for strengthening, tying and fixing.

Hook and loop system

This is ideal for interior spaces. There are different shapes of hooks for optimal bond strength. It is suitable for flexible and elastic materials, adhesive, sewing, ready for high frequency welding. Multiple color design.

Mushroom shaped system

This version provides a stronger bond than hook and loop system. There are various densities of “mushrooms” for regulation of bond strength. It is suitable for outdoor use, self-adhesive (or without an adhesive for mechanical fixing). There is a possibility of formed cutouts.

Cutouts and tightening straps

We will help you to choose the appropriate type of fasteners exactly for your way of application and we will prepare an offer in accordance to your needs and possibilities.

Labels

Also called: etiquettes, tags, stickers

They are manufactured in any shape, size, colour and for various purposes…

  • Price tags for labeling guns
  • A4 paper size labels designated for printing the desired information on laser or Inkjet printers
  • Tabulation labels for Dot matrix printing
  • Thermo-paper printable labels that are used for printing by heat (ribbon is not necessary)
  • Thermo-transfer labels – the print colour from the print ribbon is transferred to label by heat
  • Graphical labels for presentation and labeling, multicolored
  • Foil labels for similar applications, such as graphics (especially in the field of cosmetics and toiletries)
  • Security labels for sealing doors, cabinets, safes, electronics
  • Sandwich labels – these are labels with two or three layers with a possibility of repeated opening and closing.

The most commonly used materials for the production of labels: paper, PVC, PET, PP, PE

Our offer also includes automatic label feeders

We are also providing delivery of ribbons for thermo-transfer labels. There are these options:

WAX
They are suitable for printing of all paper labels (including burnished and painted ones)

WAX-RESIN

They are suitable for printing of all paper labels in the case when there is required higher abrasive resistance.

RESIN

These ones have excellent abrasive resistance. They have also a very good chemical and high temperatures resistance (up to 575 °C) in the cases when they are combined with appropriate plastic label.

One-sided adhesive tapes

Adhesive tapes are used for various applications, especially for bonding, attaching, insulation, sealing, masking and protecting surfaces, marking, labeling, packaging, art work, …

Each tape has at least two layers – the carrier (backing) and adhesive. However most of the adhesive tapes have much more layers.

The most commonly used materials for the carrier:

  • Paper
  • PE, PP, EVA, PUR or acrylic foams
  • PET, PVC foils
  • Rubber and rubber mixtures
  • Woven and nonwoven fabrics

The most commonly used glues:

  • Acrylic
  • Rubber
  • Silicon
  • Butyl-rubber

Double-sided tapes

Double-sided adhesive tapes are used in various areas of our lives. Industrial manufacturing, construction, automotive, healthcare, advertising, … Those are just few examples. Double-sided adhesive tapes consist of a carrier which is on both sides covered with adhesive and it is covered with a protective layer (release liner).

We will help you with selection of appropriate tapes and we will prepare an offer in accordance to your needs and possibilities

The most commonly used materials for the carrier:

  • Paper
  • PE, PP, EVA, PUR or acrylic foams
  • PET, PVC foils
  • Rubber and rubber mixtures
  • Woven and nonwoven fabrics

The most commonly used glues:

  • Acrylic
  • Rubber
  • Silicon
  • Butyl-rubber

Laminating adhesives

It is a thin layer of adhesive applied on the separation layer.

It is in some cases reinforced with mesh, cellulose film, nonwovens or foils. Laminating adhesives are available in a roll or in a sheet.

Laminating adhesives are used in a production of self-adhesive sandwiches. It goes like this: thanks to the laminator the adhesive layer is transferred to the desired material, which will thus become self-adhesive.

It is possible to further continue with carving or cutting with a knife, laser, waterjet.

  • Available width: 10 – 1800mm
  • Adhesive layer: 50 – 230µ
  • Separation layer: silicone paper or foil
  • Types of adhesives: Acrylic, Rubber
  • Suitable for cold or heat application
  • Heat resistant (up to 200 ° C)
